This is my contribution to examine the voting of the last regional elections, and for an overall assessment of the policy framework, total and local (Martesana and Gorgonzola):
Before I make an overall assessment need to reaffirm the notion that the right to elections in Lombardy Regional and 'made only in the district of Milan.
